I examined the 1 thick 3 piece slate top carefully and found no cracks. Comes with an unmarked felt brush, standard unmarked triangular ball rack and Brunswick cue stick bridge. Rails have a little bit of staining but have no damage. The felt is full of holes, so you’ll need to get a new one. Doesn’t come with any balls and only one cue stick.
